Where do cravings come from and what are they telling you?

Food cravings can be very helpful indicators if we learn to listen to our bodies and listen well.  It can be as simple as feeling hungry when really your body just needs some water, or dying for some chocolate when really your body is stressed and needs help to relax and magnesium would do the trick perfectly.
