Incredible immune boosting properties.


1 part fresh garlic cloves, chopped

1 part fresh ginger root, peeled and grated

1 part fresh horseradish, peeled and grated

1 part fresh chilli, chopped

Raw organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar


– Combine in a jar and cover with Apple Cider Vinegar

– Place in a kitchen cupboard and shake the jar every day for 2 weeks

– After 2 weeks the liquid can be strained and consumed


1-2 tablespoons per day as a preventative

4 tablespoons per day when sick

(spread out dosages throughout the day for most effect)
