“Be Your Beautiful self.”

It’s that time of year where all the beautiful flowers are blooming and those that get Hayfever are cringing.  I’ve listed below some simple ways to assist you in preparing for this season :

Vitamin C & Bioflavonoids : found in foods such as citrus, kale, brussel sprouts, garlic, broccoli, spinach, beetroot, berries, onions, parsley, legumes, green tea.  They help modify our bodies allergy responses and are powerful antioxidants which reduce inflammation and damage to our cells, they support the function and benefit of vitamin C and is the reason they are often found together in the same foods.

Eliminate Dairy : dairy is a mucous producing food and can cause inflammation and an immune response in our bodies.  Mucus acts as a protective film and is a natural response of the body when tissues are inflammed or irritated.

Hydrate : Be sure to drink plenty of water and teas and fresh juices
