Last night before I went to bed my housemate told me she had an exercise for me to do for 1 minute, I had to lay on the floor and … belly laugh for 1 minute. I laughed just typing that out. Ha! It was hilarious, she did it too, although her deep belly laughs are silent laughs so all I could see was her feet flapping around whilst both of us couldn’t breathe from laughing so much. My stomach muscles hurt and I had tears running down my face. Best workout in a long time! Highly recommend it! If you are anything like me you will do the most ridiculous laugh that you possibly can! Enjoy!
